Please join Acena Consulting Founder Randy Eickhoff for a one-hour CPE session on the basics of Cost Segregation. As a game-changing tax incentive for real estate investors, cost segregation allows investors to increase depreciation deductions in the early years of property ownership. These depreciation deductions reduce taxable income, lowering federal and state taxes, and freeing up cash for additional investment. In this session we will present the basics of cost segregation and how it increases cash flow for real estate investors. Learn just how impactful this incentive can be.

Refund Policy
In the event Acena Consulting charges a fee for the CPE session, fees collected will be refunded if a registered participant cancels more than 24 hours before the event. Registered participants that do not cancel or attend the session are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Policy
In the event a scheduled CPE session is re-schedule or cancelled, all registered participants will be notified of cancellation or change in schedule. Registered participants may request a full refund of fees paid or may reschedule for another CPE session.
